Call Centre Redemption
• Scratch off the foil strip at the bottom of your Gift Card to expose the voucher number.
• Call the Smartcom Call Centre on 011 507-4650 and a consultant will guide you through the redemption process.


Online Redemption
• Scratch off the foil strip at the bottom of the Gift Card to expose the voucher number.
• Visit www.smartcomdirect.co.za and click on the Gift Card link.
• Enter the voucher number and make a selection form the various cellphones available.
• Enter your delivery address and submit your order.

On delivery, the SIM card will be loaded with R49.00 airtime. Thereafter a further R49.00 will be loaded automatically on the 1st day of every month for the next 23 months.

You can recharge additional airtime at any time with any Vodacom pre-paid airtime voucher.

Your Cellphone and SIM card will be delivered free of charge to an address of your choice within South Africa. For RICA purposes, a copy of your SA ID document and proof of residential/work address will need to be presented upon delivery.
