What will happen after I have submitted my application online?

  • A Smartcom consultant will contact you telephonically within 1 working day to confirm your order as well as request additional information required for the application.  

  • If your application is successful, a Vodacom consultant will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your delivery details.

  • The delivery will be made to you by RAM couriers.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Between 5-7 working days from date of application.

What is the duration of the contract?

Contract periods vary between 24 and 36 months depending on the actual deal. The contract period for each deal is specified within the deal details on the Smartcom Direct website.

When do I make my first payment?

The initial payment will take place via debit order within 48 hours of approval.

How do I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you choose by RAM couriers.

Am I able to port my number from another Network or Service Provider?
